Infinomni is an independent project run by Andy. This page explains what the site keeps when you draw, play and join the printed-figure waitlist, who helps run it, and how to have it deleted. Questions? Email andy@infinomni.com.

Accounts are for adults

You must be at least 18 to make an account, as the terms say. The account, its email address and any order belong to the account holder. Please don’t put anyone’s full name, photo or other personal details in a drawing, a character name or a note.

What Infinomni keeps

• Your account: your email address. Sign-in runs on Amazon Cognito, so Infinomni never sees your password.
• Your drawings and characters: the drawings and pictures you upload or make, and the characters (designs) you make from them. A character you haven’t saved to your account stays in your browser on that device.
• The printed-figure waitlist: if you join, the character design and its drawing, the optional note you write, the figure you chose, and your place in line and its status (waiting, invited, ordered, shipped or left).
• How the site is used: page and error events, without cookies, through Amazon CloudWatch RUM. They show which steps people reach and where the site breaks. They are not used for advertising. To send them, your browser keeps an anonymous visitor id and short-lived credentials in its local storage. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, nothing is recorded.

Payments and shipping stay with Stripe

Payments go through Stripe. Your card details and your shipping address are entered on Stripe’s pages and kept by Stripe, not in Infinomni’s own records. Infinomni receives whether an order was paid and the amount, and Andy reads the shipping address in Stripe to send your figure.

AI services that see your pictures

Some features send your content to an AI service to do their job:

• Anthropic (Claude) reads a drawing or picture when you ask for drawing suggestions, to suggest a body, features and colors.
• OpenAI makes a picture when you describe a character in words instead of drawing it. The remix tools and some older build types also use it to turn a picture into concept art and a plan of parts. If you talk with a character in your room, that conversation goes through OpenAI too.

Choosing a body yourself, changing colors, playing, and preparing the printable parts of a drawn character happen in your browser or on Infinomni’s own servers, without these services.

Where it lives

Accounts, drawings, characters and the waitlist are stored with Amazon Web Services in the United States. Andy can see waitlist entries, including your note and drawing, to make and ship your figure.

Deleting your information

You can leave the waitlist from your character’s Build step at any time. To delete your account and everything in it, email andy@infinomni.com from the address on the account. Andy will confirm when it’s done. Stripe keeps its own payment records as the law requires.

If this page changes in a way that matters, the site or an email will say so before the change applies.
