Infinomni is an independent project run by Andy. These terms cover your use of infinomni.com and its character creation, play, and 3D printing tools. Questions? Email andy@infinomni.com.

Using Infinomni

You must be at least 18 to use the service. Keep your account secure and use Infinomni lawfully. Don’t upload illegal or infringing material, abuse other people, bypass limits or safety controls, or interfere with the service.

Your uploads and creations

You keep your rights in the material you upload. Only upload content you own or have permission or another lawful basis to use. You give Infinomni permission to store and process that content, including through service providers, as needed to provide the features you request and keep the service working.

As between you and Infinomni, any transferable rights Infinomni has in your generated output belong to you. Third-party rights and any licenses supplied with models or components still apply. AI-generated results may not be unique or eligible for copyright. Check that your intended use is allowed before sharing or selling a creation.

AI results and physical builds

Results vary and may contain mistakes or differ from your instructions. Review generated files before using them. A virtual preview is not a guarantee that a physical build will work or be safe. Follow the instructions for your printer, electronics, and materials; inspect parts and use appropriate supervision when assembling or operating a build.

Payments and credits

Prices, credit costs, and subscription details are shown before you purchase or start a paid operation. Completed generations use credits even if you don’t like the result; a different creative preference alone does not qualify for a refund or free retry.

If a technical failure prevents delivery, or you notice a duplicate or incorrect charge, contact andy@infinomni.com with the job or payment details so Andy can investigate and correct the issue, including restoring affected credits where appropriate. This does not limit any refund or other remedy required by law.

Subscriptions renew at the price and interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancel through your account’s billing settings, or email Andy if you need help. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a completed billing period. Any credit expiry or rollover rules are those disclosed with your plan.

Sharing and personal information

Share only material you have the right to share. Public links may be viewed or copied by others. Avoid uploading confidential or sensitive personal information. Infinomni uses service providers for hosting, generation, and payments; information needed for those functions is processed through them. Contact Andy with questions about your data or to request account deletion.

Problems, availability, and changes

Infinomni is provided as available. There is no promise of uninterrupted access, error-free output, or suitability for a particular purpose. Access may be restricted for abuse, security issues, or violations of these terms. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Features and these terms may change. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email, with additional agreement requested where required. Changes do not remove rights relating to earlier purchases.
